Love how Van Persie, who was with us for only 3 years, is seen around the club quite often whereas he never a goes down to Arsenal who he spent 8 years with.

He was good but he didn't seem worth all the trouble to me.

He was why we were shite 1st half, dictated their tempo beautifully. Him as first choice and Eriksen as back up would fix our problems. Just need a no.2 for Casemiro and a proper no.9 and we’d have a team capable of winning everything.

He's a good player but he's not worth wasting an entire transfer window for. At least we shouldn't waste one more.

Fair point Dozer but sometimes it’s key positions like that which could make the biggest difference. We’ve enough squad dross without adding more to it. But a striker is probably an even bigger priority.
