We've fucked it. Been poor second half. No attacking threat at all.

Really disappointed with that second half. Shows that as soon Rashford has an off game, we have nothing. Antony is a dud, Weghorst a stop gap targetman. Not good enough. But we're still building.

Right idea from Hag to manage to game. Matter of seconds before he would’ve taken Casemiro off. Rashford too selfish with the few chances we had.

Fine margins. Without the incredible free kick we’d be talking about a pro performance.

Probably. I'd still have been disappointed in the 2nd half. A fair way short on attacking quality to be a top side yet

Tbf Weghorst wasn't used as a target man in the traditional sense. We didn't hoof it to him once. It looks like he's there to provide shape for the team / attack, and to occupy CBs and midfielders that drop deep. That allows the wide men and midfielders to work around him which they did really well in the first half.

For me that's one of the positives. A lot of the brilliant football in the first half was because we have that new dynamic in the team.

We’re definitely well short but ten Hag is getting so much out of these players and barely puts a foot wrong with his management.
