Other than being able to pointlessly run the ball round in a circle, his only trick is to get it on his left and try to curl it in. Teams all wised up to that within 5 games

Ten Hag is doing a Gaal by playing Shaw at left CB. He wants a left footer there instead of the Hoof or Slabhead. Also Shaw is just in general quicker, more agile and better on the ball than those two duffers.
