Wonder at what point he realises its not everyone else that is wrong and he's no longer the world beater he was.

Dalot also in the 11 ahead of cancelo, which is a little surprising!
Just read that they looked inspired without him. No suprise to anyone with a set of eyes. He's done, Saudi Arabia or retire.
He may regret doing the Piers Morgan interview now. Looks like United were the biggest club he could get a game for, even if it was from the bench. Probably his best chance of playing in the CL too. Maybe PSG will resurrect their plan to have him and Messi in the same team. Imagine that, two has beens that don't press or run for 90 mins. Or maybe it's the Saudi Arabian knackers yard.

The commentators during the game mentioned that this Saudi team he's supposedly going to sign for have an average gate of 16K. Imagine turning out in front of 16K fans for an unknown team every week having told the world that you can't stay at United due to no progression, blah blah

Ronaldo is our past. We’re moving onward and upward! Hopefully not under Saudi ownership mind…

Antony has been the best player on the pitch for Brazil. He's electric, skinning everyone, winning every single battle.

Penalties is such a shit way to lose a game. I feel for the Dutch there.

I don’t know why they stopped the long balls into the box when they got into extra time. It’s what totally turned the game around for them, then in extra time they went back to same style of play that had them 2-0 down in the first place.

Ronaldo in floods of tears

Morocco have beaten Belgium, Spain and now reigning champs Portugal. Absolutely class.

The France England game was the best one yet, in terms of the quality of football on display.
Both teams played really well. France showed they had the better players. England only managed to do well whenever France took the lead. France sitting back a little after getting a goal let them to risk more chances. I don't know why teams do this.

Teams do it because it works 9 times out of 10. Just really noticeable when it doesn’t work.

Quite a few hyped French players in this team who've been utter dogshit in this game
