We're struggling because we've not had a ruthless manager since Fergie left. Ten hag hasn't shown signs either. He's made a few tough decisions but I'd argue that those were still easy decisions. The hard decision is to get rid of players who are kind of good for us but not good enough. Or losing a top performer who doesn't fit the system. Ten hag hasn't show any evidence of being that manager yet.
