There’s no way to tell which owner would be more competent, Ratcliff or the Qataris. Ratcliffe doesn’t seem to have achieved anything for Nice, so that’s not encouraging at all. Especially since it wouldn’t take much spend to make a difference in the French league, compared to the PL. Qatari management of PSG hasn’t been great, but unless the bid for United is just some kind of smokescreen for the same people as own PSG, there’s no reason to think the same would be true for United. City’s owners are clearly competent, or at least hire competent people, and to be fair, things seem to be going very well at Newcastle so far.

Yeah I think I’d rather a much younger Qatari bloke who can actually properly afford to buy the club. The only reason this thing is dragging on is because two of the Galzerscum are tempted by Ratcliffe’s offer to keep them on board.

Idk how much control Ratcliffe has over the company and if the company has to follow his whims.

Ten Hag isn't doing a good enough job so far and he's spent enough money for us to at least see a perceivable improvement.
Other clubs, not just the heavyweights, are able to play off the back, into midfield and also keep the ball in offence.
We're not able to do this. We're still relying on counter attacking football which is an underdog, dinosaur approach in this era.
We're still playing Ole ball.

We should have dropped points against Wolves. Onana was very lucky to have not conceded a pen.
We almost dropped points against Nottingham and struggled to keep the ball even after they had a guy sent off.
