Many here wanted the Qataris in. I'd rather have kept the Glazers.
Will the Glazers sell?
Prem would’ve waved them through as well as fit and proper. As long as the Qatari crown sent them a letter that said Qasim is definitely 100% a real person and has nothing to do with the state - all the evidence they need.dozer wrote: ↑9 months agoMany here wanted the Qataris in. I think what Dozer is trying to say is that he knew everything all along and that everyone else has no idea. What he knows and what everyone else knows changes between posts. - Felwin 31/10/2024

It's true. I'm reading the Unfit and Improper Persons book at the min and it's quite staggering how many people have managed to buy clubs without having any money and in some cases not even existing. The EFL is better now but the Prem isn't hence the need for an independent regulator.Felwin wrote: ↑9 months agoPrem would’ve waved them through as well as fit and proper. The Raine group demanding basic proof of funds was key to weeding out the dodgy characters. If they hadn't, the Prem & FA would have waved the Qatari deal through.
