I think they might. These protests feel different to the previous two cos of these reasons:
Fans have ditched useless peaceful protest in favour of direct action like physically stopping the games/product, and, let's be honest breaking the law (breaking into OT, Carrington, stopping games)
The Prem, UEFA, Sky don't trust them anymore, and don't want to work with them after they staged a coup out of the blue
The financial devastation caused by covid meaning our gate, sponsorship and broadcast revenues have either tanked or declined. The Glazers other businesses have been affected by covid too.
There's gonna be less money in the Prem for the foreseeable. The endless growth is over cos broadcasters have been hit hard. 6.7bn was the peak.
The gov are looking at introducing some kind of fan ownership model

United might not be able to play at OT for the foreseeable cos fans plan to disrupt all home games. So essentially the team can't come home while the Glazers own the club
Basically the Glazers are facing really difficult circumstances post pandemic, compounded by the fact they didn't get their franchise league that would have made it all worthwhile

I wouldn’t hold your breath on fan ownership though. It would cost the government too much in compensation, which would be a hard thing to sell to the public, who aren’t all football fans. Some kind of oversight by a quasi independent body is more likely, imho. An Ofsocc with the power to veto owners actions if they are not in the broader public interest. That would increase the likelihood of a sale as it would limit the Glazers future commercial scope in addition to the monetary points you have already made. That suggests they would seek to sell ahead of any wider restrictions coming into force. Keep a weather eye on the share price.

They might, but it'll take more. The PR won't please them, but they'd be willing to ride it out.
Where I think this needs to go next:
Something that impacts on the PR, relationships and money coming in from sponsors. Because those companies WILL care about the PR. A properly coordinated, highly visible boycott of these companies. Get the flags and banners showing their logos out on the demos and see what that does in terms of sponsor pressure.
Something that disrupts and possibly even creates a sense of threat to the Glazers themselves. Not advocating violence on a public forum, obviously - just saying that anything that restricts their own movement and sense of security may grab their attention.
Where I think this needs to go next:

I seem to remember previous anti Glazer protests targeting sponsors. I think they protested a shop inside the Arndale or something. It's good action IMO. Companies are desperate to avoid negative publicity.
