Will the Glazers sell?
The thing I can't get my head around is that if the sale was genuinely off, then both potential buyers would by now have been dishing the dirt on the Glazers in order to save their own faces.
Similarly, if one of them had been given the green light to buy, then the other would also have presumably by now said something in order to try and put a positive spin on their exit from the process.
The deafening silence is bewildering, unless there is a multi-party plot being hatched that is keeping both buyers in the tent?

Probably the prospective buyers have concluded the Glazers are delusional holding out for better offers, so they’re just waiting them out. Sooner or later they’ll have to sell, the club is clearly fucked and going down in flames.swampash wrote: ↑2 months ago The thing I can't get my head around is that if the sale was genuinely off, then both potential buyers would by now have been dishing the dirt on the Glazers in order to save their own faces.

I've heard people saying that all this new Saudi money is making them rethink the sale.bman2 wrote: ↑2 months agoProbably the prospective buyers have concluded the Glazers are delusional holding out for better offers, so they’re just waiting them out. I'm not a ceo, but how is that going to make their position any better at utd?
Additional clubs with limitless wealth competing against you for transfers and wages.
What am I missing that the swamp rats aren't?
They're just greedy and desperate. In reality the club's value is surely dropping pretty quickly.Jason wrote: ↑2 months agoI've heard people saying that all this new Saudi money is making them rethink the sale.bman2 wrote: ↑2 months agoProbably the prospective buyers have concluded the Glazers are delusional holding out for better offers, so they’re just waiting them out. I wonder if the Glazers are not selling because yanks are becoming the main owners of Prem clubs, and they all come from the american business school which sees no problem with a rigged league like the european super league.
Pretty sure 12/13 clubs are now owned by yanks. Everton are the latest. 777 are dodgy as fuck. They've openly said they're buying the club for purely commercial reasons including selling more insurance. These cunts will love the ESL.

I'm seriously losing interest in it all. It's eating itself.
