Madrid are paying 10m euros to get TAA in a month early, and get him in for the club World Cup.

Seems a bit mental when he's free in 4 weeks!
Suppose if he helps them win the club world cup they'll bring in 95m, so it won't matter. How the other half live.

In other news Liverpool have bid £109m for Leverkusen's Wirtz

Being touted over here as a done deal. Stunningly good for the dippers if they've pulled this one off.

Man city signed Rayan Cherki for 40m euros. I thought Real Madrid wanted him. He was touted for big fees but City somehow managed to get him for cheap. How many forwards do they need?

Pep said he wants a short squad but they've been signing a lot of players since Jan.

Anyway, this is the kind of budget we should be setting for a player. We're apparently broke and we're paying 60-65m for a known PL player with another on similar fees on the way.

Dortmund in for Bellingham’s younger brother. We should have had him on our radar.

I don't believe City fees. They pretty much always get their man for around £50m. Definitely some shenanigans going on.

Look more to Arsenal and Liverpool fees, then add 15-20% United Tax on top (either other clubs rinsing us or our own stupidity) and that's the prices we usually pay. Not sure we'll ever fully shake that premium.

When it comes to City, you can be sure there are lots of brown envelopes, and off shore accounts involved, and none of them can be tracked back to Man City.

It'll be shell companies with hundreds of other shell companies under their umbrella, all managing property in the UAE or investments offshore. Anyone that does business for Abu Dhabi will not have to worry about their retirement, put it that way.

Spot on, all of this. They'll offer them a coaching role at one of the City Group clubs and pay them 3 mil for a week's work.

City have signed another Rayan. Now it's the Wolves left back Rayan Ait Nouri for 36m pounds.

Funny how the closer they get to their PSR limit, the lower the fees get... :-?
