Have holidayed in Hong Kong, Singapore, Jogja and Bali this year. Will go to Paris and London in October....

One 14 year old daughter who doesn't want to go, to take with us, leaving one 21 year old son on his own with "an empty".

Weather is great for first time in years though.

Is it worth a visit? Thinking of going there on my London trip...how many days should we budget? Wat are the must see?

We did standard stuff - Edinburgh Castle, Whiskey Experience etc. but mainly walked about, drank and ate loads. Probably did more of that than sightseeing tbh. Really, it was like being abroad with the weather as hot as it was. And not as expensive as I expected it to be.
