Hull has dire problems that can't be fixed by a years worth of grants for arts events - problems with unemployment, lack of jobs, poverty illnesses etc.

Im going to New York on Friday for two weeks, staying in Queens in an apartment. Any advice or tips? Anyone know how to score some green? Two weeks not sleeping sounds shite but not as bad as being arrested........

We did standard stuff - Edinburgh Castle, Whiskey Experience etc. but mainly walked about, drank and ate loads. Probably did more of that than sightseeing tbh. Really, it was like being abroad with the weather as hot as it was. And not as expensive as I expected it to be.
