That was my thinking, that he's quite slow and not best suited to a high pressing team. They're gonna be in for another CB now Varane has gone. Also Maguire is 31 and beset with injuries, so he's probably not a starter now (thank fuck) so this makes sense.

We're still mostly chasing Dutch players and staff so I'm skeptical.
Others here are more optimistic and think the Dutch factor is just a coincidence. Let's see.
