What's Ighalo up to these days?
I think we'll get Vardy.

Ronaldo re-joining United is a proper stain on his otherwise perfect CV. It's been a catastrophe, and has no doubt contributed to him struggling to find a new club. That will serve as a warning for other players thinking about joining. That and the utter dogshit football like.
Gone to Sunderland on loan, be nice to see how he does at Championship level.
Thank god we didn't send him to Rangers again, sending players on loan to Scottish teams is something we need to stop doing, it's a waste, they will play more competitive football in the Championship.
To add a bit of perspective to that argument - SPL teams will often sign a player from an English Conference club and he gets straight into their first team... crikey that doesn't even happen when an English League One club signs a Conference player.

We've overpaid for Antony but he has something about him. As opposed to Sancho, who continues to offer nothing. Time to give Garnacho a go.

Problem there is that, if he can get away with being dead weight more often than he isn't, this tends to suggest he has the French Temperament (TM)dozer wrote: ↑3 months agoSancho played well in the 4 league games we won.JoelfuckingGlazer wrote: ↑3 months ago We've overpaid for Antony but he has something about him. Nah he's got the Dortmund jinx. He was overrated. Players look good for dortmund and get overrated.FuB wrote: ↑3 months agoProblem there is that, if he can get away with being dead weight more often than he isn't, this tends to suggest he has the French Temperament (TM)dozer wrote: ↑3 months agoSancho played well in the 4 league games we won.JoelfuckingGlazer wrote: ↑3 months ago We've overpaid for Antony but he has something about him. The French temperament is having a player who's shit especially because of laziness (physical or mental) but strut around like the Arsenal 2000s French like Henry Pires and Gallas. Wenger too. Viera didn't seem to have it. I think a lot of the present day French players who are shit think they're like Henry and Pires but they're only like them in their facial expressions on the football field.

Rashford has 5 goals and 3 assists in 8 games. Martial has 3 goals in something like 180 minutes on the pitch. They're both getting back to their best form under Ten Hag. Sancho on the other hand is nowhere.
There's obviously a good player in there although not as good as the Dortmund hype machine makes out. But it seems like he has a mental block. Too cautious.

Diallo starting to show his ability at Sunderland. Hopefully he can progress this season and come back to us a more useful player.
